Boy it would be nice if UA could make an official comment on this....but of course we know they won't. Being flat out lied to by a UA employee when booking an award ticket a few years ago actually got me a change fee waiver on those tickets though.....
Maybe we just need to look at DLs policy since UA is so fond of playing follow the leader (to the bottom)....
