Called this number at 4:45 PM, agent came online after around 3 mins of hold. She just asked for a cell phone # and if I would like to receive automated marketing phone calls and text messages to which I politely declined.

She put me on hold for another 2 mins and then approved. I confirmed 100k with 10k spend and $200 credit. Haven't received a approval email yet though, I was told card will arrive by next Wed.
