I have to chime in that when you're dealing with project management on construction sites, it sure seems like your labor force is gone for 40 days. Well, not completely absent, but there is a 6-week period every year where scheduling to get anything accomplished is a nightmare. Far more disruptive than office-based/white collar jobs.
