This is the most frustrating part to me. When I call, UA agents don't know. And UAI won't post with answers/clarifications (probably not his fault since if he was told a real answer i'm sure he would just post it; his best advice so far is "be conservative"). So either UA doesn't know either and is going to wing it Feb 1, or UA doesn't want to just tell us the new rules. You would think one week out they would at least pretend to know their own rules. Sorry, flame off.
