Had to use a TA for this. Company policy. Domestic trips I book myself, but international travel must go through the TA. Usually it just consists of me sending them exact flight numbers I want and then they execute the ticket. But they got involved in this one because they thought there were problems (the nested RT).
I sent an email to delta to get an official opinion before I bring it to them.
