I have made 3 online bookings so far on Air India, using their website, with my new SBI-AI card. However, every single time, the points were posted to my card account @ 4 points per 100 INR and manual intervention was needed to increase them as per the correct rate of 20 points per hundred. Has anyone else also faced the same problem? Please check your account. You might be surprised.
