Just curious, what kind of routes would someone have to fly in order to average well under 10cpm?
One good example is someone who does lots of coach transcons purchased reasonably far in advance. Those NYC-SFO/LAX type trips can come in pretty cheap and if that is the majority of what you do then you may be in trouble on the PQD side. The other best example I can think of is someone who does lots of Star Alliance miles and can't get ticketed for them on 016 stock easily.
