Got the same offer and accepted today. I really hope AMEX comes up with a more permanent solution to the loss of AA/US lounges and the guest fee addition to the Delta SkyClubs. Maybe they can increase the annual credit to $500, so people can choose to buy a full Admirals or United Club Membership, or lower the annual fee back to $300. We'll see what happens.
