RBC had a major computer glitch several years ago where people had their balances erroneously wiped out, and many could not receive payroll deposits. Took them several days or weeks to resolve it.
This is not the first time computer glitches have snarled airport operations. This is just bad timing for the GTAA with their cold weather fiasco, and their recent proclamation that they want to be a world class hub.
