Its a very nice picturesque facility on the surface but ultimately it suffers from having too many rooms for too few facilities. Its probably better now in the off seasons but during the summer when that place is full its a total madhouse. Hours of waiting to check in, more waiting with kids to use the slides, and so on.
As previous posters mention if you're an elite its barely recognized. Minimal upgrades and of course they have the escape clause on breakfast.
I've been there, done that, aint doing it again.
