Is this a point-of-sale issue ? Airlines can give different answers to availability requests from different sources, e.g location, channel (web, travel agent, another carrier), etc, etc.
It is likely the OW website is "in" the US. Are you somewhere different ? And which country have you told the JL site you are in ?
