The seat in your first picture is the A380 J class and, as above, the second is the B777-300ER.
I tried to follow what I think the airline would like it's passengers to do when researching flights. So, on EK's website, I clicked on the "See What's On Your Flight" link, so that it brings up the right aircraft that's slated to be on that route on that day.
Since it brought up the 777-300ER, I then clicked on the Business Class link that appears on the results page, and it displays all of the photos of the A380 J seat. This is not deliberately confusing, but deliberately misleading - false advertising.
Still, I get it, so will now avoid that route. Thanks for the clarity, regardless - much appreciated!
