Taxi service to West Trenton SEPTA Station (SEPTA Trains to Philadelphia) $8-10
Taxi service to Trenton Transit Center (NJ Transit/Amtrak to NYC) $30-35
Taxi service to Hamilton NJ Transit Station (NJ Transit to NYC) $30
(Hamilton station is 10 minutes closer to NYC)

NJ Transit is way cheaper to NYC than Amtrak ($15-16 each way)
SEPTA is $10 each way to Downtown Philadelphia

Where are you looking to go coming in from CVG?

Much easier to get to Philadelphia then to get to NYC. West Trenton Station is only 1.5 miles and 5 minutes away where Trenton Transit Center is 15-20 minutes away
