Worst possible timing, but I'm trying to call AA in the US to have a J award return ticket changed to a later date. I have to rely on Skype with a poor connection that keeps hanging up, and right now because of the winter storms I'm faced with a 45-60 minute wait (Skype keeps dying well short of that).

Does anyone know of any other overseas reservations numbers that can handle changes to international award bookings? I'm in VN and they are just a local booking agent, so no access to awards.

Should I try Japan?
