Advice on fare code mapping
I'm hoping that some more experienced FT folk can point me in the right direction or otherwise advise me. I have tried searching both FT as well as individual FFP websites and if the answer to my question is there I can't find it.
My dilemma is that I am an AC E50K / *A G transferring this year to United Mileage Plus. My wife is staying AC.
We are planning a trip in September where we will be ticketing through UA and I will be crediting to MP while she credits to AP. I know that we have to be careful regarding mileage credits for different fare classes with each carrier. I can find out what a particular class on 1 airline will credit each plan. What I cannot figure out is what a fare class purchased through UA, on a third *A carrier's metal will credit to AC/AP.
Specifically is there any way to find what % mileage she can expect from a United S or T fare on Austrian Arrows/ Tyrolean Air metal ( which I understand is Austrian Airlines). I can find out what a United S or T fare will give on AP but how do I find out what the actual Austrian code would be for this United S or T fare. If I had a way to find that I can check on AP's site. It seems that a specific code class on one carrier isn't always the same class as the same letter code with another.
Any advice / guidance would be greatly appreciated.
