Absolutely agree.
I have been in F lounge at breakfast time (time OP will be there) and it is a real dream. Same food and drink offerings as T5 Flounge, but really quiet and therefore plenty of very attentive and helpful staff on hand.
A real pleasure.
Worth also noting that whereas BA have dumbed down the wine offerings in T5 Flounge, the T3 Flounge still has a great selection.
A real credit to BA, the T3 Flounge is to my mind the best BA lounge (with the possible exception of the CCR).
