I would not walk this unless you are familiar with the route (have driven it before) and it was before 9am, overcast, during the winter and no luggage. Just pay the couple of dollars and catch a taxi or take the bus.

It's hot and humid, sidewalks aren't in best shape, and bus with a/c costs 20 Piso. I also saw some Jeepneys that apparently go terminal to terminal, but I suspect that would be even harder to figure out.
