I'll be sure to carry one of those little wash cloth/towels in my pocket that they sell at 7-Eleven if I do walk it though!

I'm doing a trip next week, coming in from Cebu at 10:00 am and connecting at NAIA to THAI in T1 for a 13:10 departure. I'm debating whether to use Philippine Air or Cebu Pacific. Philippine Air was more of a full-service carrier three years ago when I last flew them, but it looks like they've adopted the no-frills mode of operation now. Kind of scary seeing them mention a 29" sesat pitch on their website for their A320's, but I imagine Cebu Pacific is about the same. Using Philippine Air would have the advantage for me of being closer to my connection in T1, but I should have time to make the connection easily if I arrived at T3 on time and took a taxi. I'm guessing the staff on Cebu Pacific would probably be a bit more pleasent and positive on the other hand?

Any thoughts on using Cebu Pacific vs. Philippine Air on a Cebu>Manila flight?
I would not walk this unless you are familiar with the route (have driven it before) and it was before 9am, overcast, during the winter and no luggage. Just pay the couple of dollars and catch a taxi or take the bus.

Cebu to Manila is only a short flight, so it really doesn't matter if you take Cebu Pacific or Philippine Airlines - they are similar comfort. But only having 3 hours between flights, I would probably take the one that provided the best backup plan incase the flight was delayed. From my experience, Philippine Airlines generally have less delays/cancellations, but YMMV.
