At the right time of the day the BA F lounge is great (I saw that you were BA Gold). I took an afternoon flight to Vienna once and there was only me and two other people in the F lounge. Plus the BA F lounge is nice even when busy.
I am not as keen on the CX one as it is mixed Business and First lounge. However this one can also be quiet at the right time.
