Having seen a business I helped found get driven into the ground by a union I cannot express enough just how much I dislike unions. (I had to write the previous sentence 8-10 times to expunge all the 4 letter words).
So why do you think WN has been so successful with it's union employees (basically being one of the most profitable airlines and one of few not go into bankruptcy)? What are they so successful with dealing with their employees while other airlines and frankly your business were not?
