That's getting pretty muddy. AFA is currently in negotiations with UA. AA FAs took a pretty good haircut in bankruptcy court last year and now are merging into US. You also side-stepped HA's CWA representation, which soundly beats DL for a good portion of the steps.
In terms of what representation is getting them? A lot if you look at the bankruptcy process most of these airlines went through. In particular if you were retired. There is no question that DL shafted it's retired employees leaving them with huge health insurance burdens and unfunded retirement obligations. The NW retired employees had representation in bankruptcy court and fair substantially better than the DL counterparts.
I would also point out that the majority of the raises handed out to DL FAs happen right before a Union vote. Weather or not you believe in a union it's pretty clear that just having a close vote over one benefits the employee.
