Problem:
Award desk is pricing LAX-HKG-PER as two awards, US to Asia / Asia to Oceania, even though CX publishes a through fare LAX-HKG-PER (eg 'JD' biz revenue fare). Petitioning the agent (and the supervisor) noting that there's a published fare has been unsuccessful.
