The rule is simple stated clearly. It must be more then 1 hour change departure or arrival and yes it is cumulative. I have had reps add up the time on 2 or 3 changes many many times and they tend to get more and more cooperative the more and more changes there are.
Now if you are talking between flight, I never said that and that does not count unless you are talking about getting less that a 30 min connection.
