Calls #1 and #2 resulted in a phone rep saying it was 90 minutes. Call #3 transferred to the intl reissue desk but the agent was adamant that the change required ONE flight of 60 minutes or more....
Keep in mind that I have seen MANY instances where the Delta Points blogger has been incorrect in citing Delta policies...I have a feeling that this is the case here as well.

I believe the change needs to be >60 minutes on one leg to be eligible for a change, but not 100% sure.
