+1... changing the "lifetime" program doesn't instill confidence in the integrity of the program from changing in the future (for the worse) such as Lifetime Diamond without any suite upgrades, etc. I'd rather them leave it alone.

If one is not happy with the lifetime program with Hyatt, there are other lifetime programs out there that are (IMO) easier to obtain so why not just switch to those? It's not like the "network" of Hyatt is captivating a subset of travelers (unlike UA).
