Bubba did. In the post you quoted.

I've paid for First Class plenty of times before. And guess what? On some of those flights I had a meal and several drinks. And they were all free. If I had to pay for the meal and $7 a drink on top of a First Class fare, I probably wouldn't have had a meal or drinks on the plane, opting instead for a superior restaurant meal at a similar price point. And then I probably would be less likely to pay to fly First Class... after all, the fewer benefits included with flying First Class, the less reason to pay for it. So I guess I'm excessive and tactless because I had a meal and drinks because they were "free"? Or is it only excessive and tactless if a person who got an upgrade does the same thing?
