I assume the one extra RL seat takes out a closet, lav or such.

But one less Elite row, and 3 more Y rows does not add. Somebody loses an inch or so somewhere.
I tried couple tools to search but most of them won't show me seat maps and only tells me to go at Airport Check-In (like ExpertFlyer). I did not have access to KVS tools so if someone has it maybe can try.

The 77W will be in two versions. They are named 77N and 77A.

77N: 38J/63EY/211Y
77A: 39J/56EY/238Y

77A will be in operation on LAX starting from May 5, 2014.
- On flight BR 0002 1/4/6 between 05MAY14 - 03JUN14
- On flight BR 0001 2/5/7 between 06MAY14 - 04JUN14
- On flight BR 0011/12 2/3/4/5/6 between 03JUN14 - 28MAR15

77A will be in operation on JFK starting from June 4, 2014.
- On flight BR 0032 1/7 between 04JUN14 - 02JUL14
- On flight BR 0031 1/2 between 05JUN14 - 03JUL14
- On flight BR 0032 1/2/4/6/7 between 03JUL14 - 28MAR15
- On flight BR 0031 1/2/3/5/7 between 04JUL14 - 28MAR15

I think they probably just took down one of the cabinets and placed another seat on the aisle for Royal Laurel. For Elite they probably just took down the first row and increase the seat pitch to 39-40" overall and place proper baby bassinets. Economy I am thinking they probably either went with 31-32" pitch and slot in 1 row in Zone 3 and 2 rows in Zone 4 (maybe move around the lavatory and galley) for three rows worth of 9 seats = 27 or they went with 3-4-3 like Emirates and kept the 33" (by increasing a seat in every row up to row 68 and increased the reduced 2-3-2 seats in row 57 to 3-4-3 and row 69 to 3-3-3 at the end of the cabin).
