Pualani Platinum members
• One–way upgrade certificates to First Class on any Hawaiian Airlines–operated flight between Hawaii and any North American destination we serve.
• A new process of placing upgrade requests closer to the departure date, leading to a higher success rate when upgrading.
• Complimentary Preferred Seat or Extra Comfort upgrade on most HA–operated routes.
• Invitations to attend select events, hosted by the HawaiianMiles Loyalty Team.
In addition to the above benefits, Pualani Platinum members who have earned more than 75,000 Elite–qualifying miles will get –
• One–way upgrade certificates to First/Business Class on any Hawaiian Airlines–operated flight to any North American or International destination we serve.
• For every 10,000 Elite–qualifying miles beyond 75,000 miles, earn another one–way upgrade certificate.
• More seat availability of First/Business Class seats when using these upgrade certificates.
• Priority invitations to attend select events, hosted by the HawaiianMiles Loyalty Team.
Pualani Gold members
• Complimentary Preferred Seat or Extra Comfort upgrade on most HA–operated routes.
