They cannot be fish fingers in breadcrumb. They have to be in batter. Lot's of time consuming and careful research has finalised that Waitrose frozen haddock in batter (packs of 6) are the ones. Cooked in a Philips Airfryer. And the bread must be toasted so it doesn't squidgy. The tartare sauce has got to be cheap stuff although the wife ( from even more suspect peasant stock) prefers the organic Heinz Tomato Ketchup.
