Hah! Yes, agreed, I was not surprised to learn that the Czech Republic is the most obese country in Europe.

Fortunately, Vienna and Paris offer endless opportunities for a "schnitzel and foie gras" cleanse

Honestly, I'm never happier to see a salad than when I come home from Central Europe. Or Pittsburgh.
