I don't see what the number of US A321 deliveries has to do with the retirement of AA's 3-class 762s. By June 14, all AA 3-class transcons (JFK-LAX/SFO) will be flown by new A321Ts, and presumably all remaining AA 762s will be retired by then. The US A321s will be configured in 2-classes with about 187 seats compared to AA's 3-class 102 seat configuration.
