As a passenger transport, it's definitely possible. For those that don't know the "30" is the airline identifier that Boeing uses for Condor orders which specifies how a plane is to be configured with seats, lavs. galleys, etc. Condor also operates some 757-330s, meaning a 757-300 configured to Condor specs.
