What is the difference between a bhaji and pakora please?
have not yet figured out how to upload pics.

In Hindi, bhaji is generally a vegetable preparation, with gravy or on the dry side as in " Pav Bhaji" bread and bhaji.

Pakora are known as bhajiya also ...veggies dipped in batter and deep fried. Served with hot and sweet chutneys.
I will think of you as I eat sev - usal at a very famous roadside vendor. Will take photos.

Ys pani puri. darn auto correct !

PS You should be able to buy panipuri kits in UK (more stores carry that than Fish and Chips )
