It's a nice spot for a second home,alright, but even better when it's a fifth home owned by a filthy rich brother who rarely uses it !

In fact we owe the house to a trip to Dartmouth. We were staying at a lovely property in Kingswear and my wife was bored so I sent her on the steam train to Paignton. She saw a lovely traffic free beach on the way - Goodrington - and by the end of that weekend we bought this house. We had been looking for years for a house on a beach with no traffic. Expensive trip.
