We are fortunate to have a second home overlooking the beach at Goodrington and Brixham over the bay and spend around 20% of our UK time here.
The best I'd say is The Seahorse Restaurant owned by Mich Tonks at Dartmouth an Simon Hulstone's The Elephant in Torquay. We drink at a the Cherub in Dartmouth.
i'm not much use as I cook and we eat well in and have fish and seafood deliveries from Cornwall so don't eat out much.
Our local too and about three minutes walk from my brother's place overlooking the Dart.
This little bisto around the corner does really interesting Polish food.

I like The Seahorse too but will try The Elephant on our Christmas visit.
It's a nice spot for a second home,alright, but even better when it's a fifth home owned by a filthy rich brother who rarely uses it !
