I had my Global Entry interview over 4 weeks ago at Chicago O'Hare. My application shows the date that I was there but doesn't say anything about approval. The only info I can find about contacting GOES says to call the interview location.
Most people seem to get approved within a couple of weeks and there shouldn't be anything out of the ordinary about my app. Any suggestions or ideas?
My "approved" email arrived on my phone five minutes after leaving the interview. Call the interview location - they may have forgotten to press the button to approve you, or else something else is wrong.
