- Rate booked has room type listed as 1 king or 2 double
- My profile (attached to this reservation) has the King bed preference
- Check into Full Service Marriott tonight, they give me room with 2 doubles
Does this fall under the ability to request the Elite Guarantee or not?
Did you tell them they gave you room that didn't match your bedding request? I am in agreement that the reservation must indicate that the bedding type is guaranteed.
