I looked at my DL Account and it shows me PM. I called DL and she says she shows me PM, but doesn't know why I have not received anything yet.
I hit PM on 10/31 and same deal here, no email, no packet. I am able to select my choice benefit though, but its not like they ever told me how to select it.
