Got a call today asking me whether i know what my fees are. once i told them it was 3999 and not 4999, she said right right. after that i asked her what is the status. she said the credit card copy i submitted was old and 40 days had passed from that statement, so she wanted the latest credit card statement. someone will be coming to collect it.

i asked her for my application number, however when i enter it, it says my credentials are invalid. is there a particular format or there are no dashes and hyphens in the application number?
