turns out i didn't have to wait 7-10 working days....just 2 working days as i got my card today....my name spelling is correct & so is my flying returns frequent flyer number....i'm pretty impressed....

the box came with the card, a leather travel folder with my name engraved on the front cover, a welcome letter, a letter with my card details, a pamphlet explaining the benefits of the ai sbi card & a pamphlet with the sbi card t&c....no upgrade vouchers as mentioned earlier by sbi cards....here are some pictures:
