You will need to ask the hotel front desk to call a taxi. You will then need to take the lift down (to either ground level or to an underground car park level -- I'm not sure). The taxi will then need to drive quite a loop to get to the FCT.
If two people with similar mobility/fitness were in the Hilton lobby and wanted to get to the FCT as easily and quickly as possible, I would back the person leaving on foot (
NewbieRunner or
IMH) to get there before the person (
rolltide2) asking a receptionist to call a taxi.
As stated above, if mobility is an issue or it's pouring with rain, consider getting a taxi. Otherwise just walk.
