I'm having the same problem. Shows up online but phone agents can't see it
Are you checking ua.com against aeroplan? I encountered issues with mislabeled LH availability on ua.com last week.
Doesn't show up on aeroplan nor Ana. One of the flights that shows up on Ana doesn't show up on aeroplan. Looks like I should go off of Ana availability before calling? Ua shows availability almost everyday but not Ana.
