I have used the Ooma service for 3 years and now have major problems.

I contacted tech support about switching service and porting my number to another
VoIP company; Obihai. The response was not helpful. I now can not receive calls
and everything goes to voicemail which I cannot retreive.

In other words, Ooma has my number and will not release it.

Anyone dealt with this sort of issue?
