And it's the intra Asia stuff that hurts in getting UA metal to obtain PQD. This forces more *A partner flights in several cases depending on where you are flying from/to.
UA dropping this flight will cut off 3 flights/year for me for using their metal.
Such a quandary for me to pull the plug on UA and start doing AA/CX so don't have to worry about 016 tickets to keep my upgrades and 1K status.
I'm safe for 2014 PQD but beyond that, who knows.
