Not this time. DL won't change until next Jun and they give people 8-10 months this time unlike United only gives 3 months.
The Delta devaluation was for TRAVEL after June 1. The United devaluation was for BOOKINGS after Feb 1. I'd say United's actions are more customer-friendly, if only just.
