Sporadic but seems late night for myself.. Probably the computers are down and rebooting.

I find this happens with Fairmont as well.. Late night techies probably working on the computer. This was mentioned to me by the FPC Platinum Line, and a few times by the Hyatt Diamond Line. Often, they request for me to call back in the morning, or they'll handle the reservation and contact me once completed.
