Hotel locations for any rental car agencies have terrible selections. Often having less than 10 cars on site. If you want selection, rent from an airport location. This applies to the Hyatt Guam, or any hotel.
My name was not on the rental agreement, but I was with a colleague who rented from hertz at the Hyatt in Guam. Maybe you should only pay him 10.00
