Yes, I do manufacture spending on this card, especially when Vons gives the free groceries for doing so. So, I'll probably make the requirements... That said, if I didn't use the card for MS anyway, what a underwhelming promotion, a whole $70 max value for spending near $10K -- a whole 0.74% bonus!
One thing for sure, this confirms my suspicion that the spending requirements on these promotions are based upon how much you already spend on the card. I also have the business version of the card, and was offered 2,000 Flexpoints for spending the much smaller amount of $1250.
