very frustrating....spoke to some guy who really didn't have any idea about the product & my application....he just said that my application has not been submitted & that i need to get in touch with the executive who collected my documents....i told them that it was almost 3 weeks ago & i didn't have his number....he replies saying that i should have taken his number & there is nothing he can do....
