I've bought chocolates for the crew twice. Once on AZ FCO-NRT - I handed the box to an FA at the back. Nice and empty flight, and the crew were great, with quite a few coming to say thank you, and asking if I wanted anything (I ended up with 2 business class desserts, and some limoncello). Second time on JL HEL-NRT. The crew were also appreciative (two came up and said thank you), but that was it. Service was good, but it normally is on JL.
